  • What is neurotoxin?

Neurotoxin is a refined protein that temporarily inhibits nerve signals to specific muscles, causing them to relax. The most widely used neurotoxin is botulinum toxin type A, available under various brand names such as Dysport, Xeomin, Botox, and Daxxify. These treatments are commonly employed to diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles by relaxing facial muscles responsible for expressions.
  • What are dermal fillers?

Dermal fillers are injectable substances used to restore volume, smooth wrinkles, and enhance facial contours. The most common type is made from hyaluronic acid. These fillers are typically used to add volume to areas that have lost it due to aging or other factors, such as the cheeks, under-eye area, lips, and jawline.
  • What are PDO threads?

PDO (polydioxanone) threads are dissolvable surgical sutures used in non-surgical aesthetic procedures. These threads are inserted into the skin to promote collagen production, lift sagging skin, and improve facial contours. PDO threads naturally dissolve in the body over time, with effects typically lasting between 12 to 18 months.
